Are your doll outfits really handmade?
Yes! Every single outfit is individually handcrafted by hand. We cut, sew, and assemble each piece one at a time — no two are exactly alike. This means your doll gets a truly unique outfit that no one else has.
What dolls do your outfits fit?
We make outfits for several popular collectible dolls:
- Labubu 17cm — Our largest collection, 150+ styles
- Mega Labubu & Labubu 4.0 (38cm) — Larger outfits for bigger figures
- Jellycat Rabbit, Peanut & Penguin (15cm) — Dresses, hoods, and sets
- Zimomo — Select styles available

What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality fabrics including tweed, lace, tulle, faux leather, sherpa fleece, corduroy, satin, and knit fabrics. All materials are carefully selected for durability and detail at miniature scale.
Will the outfit damage my doll?
No. Our outfits are designed to slide on and off gently without scratching, staining, or damaging your doll. We avoid dyes that bleed and use soft inner linings where needed.
How many styles do you have?
We currently offer over 190 unique handmade products, including outfits, accessories, wigs, hats, and even miniature furniture. New styles are added regularly.
Size & Compatibility
How do I know if an outfit will fit my doll?
Each product page specifies the compatible doll type and size (e.g., "Fits Labubu 17cm"). If you're unsure, contact us at info@creatiwhiz.com with your doll model and we'll help you find the right fit.
Can I use Labubu outfits on other dolls of the same size?
Yes, many of our outfits can fit other dolls of a similar size! However, since every doll brand has slightly different body proportions, the fit may vary. We encourage you to try it out — just note that fit issues from cross-doll use are not covered under our return policy.
Do you make outfits for Labubu Macaron or other special editions?
Most of our 17cm Labubu outfits fit standard Labubu figures including many special editions. However, some limited editions have slightly different proportions. If unsure, send us a photo and we'll confirm.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 7–14 business days (each outfit is made or prepared by hand). Shipping then takes an additional 5–14 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Shipping costs and times vary by destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage banner for current deals.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact info@creatiwhiz.com to start a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@creatiwhiz.com with photos and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund.
Can I exchange an outfit for a different style?
Exchanges are available for quality issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). If there are no quality issues with your order, we're unable to offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Please check the product details and size compatibility carefully before ordering.

How do I care for my doll outfits?
Hand wash gently in cold water if needed, and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing, bleach, or high heat. Most outfits only need light dusting or spot cleaning.
Are your products officially licensed by Pop Mart?
No. Creatiwhiz is a fully independent artisan brand. All of our designs are 100% original creations — we do not copy, replicate, or use any intellectual property from Pop Mart, Jellycat, or any other doll manufacturer. We simply create handmade outfits that are designed to fit these popular collectible dolls.
